This is upto some extend true. Using bamboo fabric, not all kinds of design can be made. Bamboo fabric is good for specific styles and design. What is your MOQ (minimum order quantity)?Our MOQ is 500 pcs per design or colour. This means that you would have to order 1000 pieces if you want red and green t-shirts with your logo.
The same scenario would be if you need two different designs screen printed on a black cotton t-shirt.
There’s little wiggle room only for sublimated polyester clothing. If that’s the case, enquire further through the contact form below.
What is your lead time estimate for bulk orders?It’s really difficult to give a general lead time estimate as there are too many “moving parts”. The best thing you can do is propose to us the amount you want us to make for you.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?We do. And there’s no rule of thumb as to what type of discount you can expect but rest assured we offer reduced pricing for both single big orders and returning clients.

Do you provide sampling services?Yes, that’s the cornerstone of our business model because we operate only as s custom clothing manufacturer.
In fact, sampling is the necessary first step if you’re working with us for the first time. We charge this service 100% in advance and we charge each sample €100.
Depending on the complexity. Usually no longer than 2-3 weeks.
Are your materials ethically sourced?As we make our own materials, definitely yes.
We source our GRS-certified PET yarn from a reputable Taiwanese company Far Eastern New Century Corporation so again, definitively yes.
We source GOTS-certified organic cotton yarn from a reputable Turkish company UZ Pamuk A.S. so that’s a third yes.
You can find both companies either in the GOTS or Textile Exchange’s GRS database.
What does GOTS mean?It’s a certificate that proves that the fabric is made from yarns made from organic cotton.
What does GRS mean?It’s a certificate that guarantees the yarns that constitute a fabric are made from recycled polyester.
Are you experts in any specific type of garments?Even though we made every conceivable garment since 2005, we mostly made sportswear. From marathon tech tees and cycling bibs to waterproof jackets and everything in between.
How much information on my part do you need to start production?If you require us to print or embroider logos or to apply any type of design on clothing, you’d have to send us a vector file with the artwork and a technical drawing of the garment that shows the exact position of that artwork. We won’t be able to start sampling or production unless you do.
Do you offer ready-made clothing (private label)?No, we don’t. However, our archive has more than enough tech packs to provide you with any garment you imagine.
Having said that, we don’t have finished items in stock and it will take some time to make your order. Still, it will be done quite fast.
Is it possible to only buy fabrics from you?Absolutely. Since our fabric production capacity is 2.5 tonnes/day for one fabric in one pattern, it’s more than possible. You can get bamboo, organic cotton, and recycled polyester fabric, and more. Enquire further in the contact form below.
Where are your manufacturing facilities?We have 2 factories in Serbia (South-Eastern Europe). There’s not a single segment of garment production that happens outside these facilities. As manufacturers with factories in Europe, we can help clothing brands improve their CSR rating.
Do you work with startups?Usually no. In case you are not a legal entity that has a VAT and an EORI number, we can’t do business with you.
In case you are a startup but already have a legal business setup and a budget to facilitate at least our MOQ, then we would most likely work with you.
The delivery is not affected negatively by the fact that Serbia isn’t an EU member. There’s more paperwork, but the paperwork is handled on our part.
Are there any import fees I should know about?Serbia has signed a free trade agreement with the EU so the only fee that you are supposed to pay is the fixed customs clearance fee. They never cost more than 100€ regardless of the value of your order.
How do you handle delivery?When we can, we’ll handle both the delivery and dealing with the customs ourselves. Meaning our drivers will deliver your order to your doorstep.
When we can’t, we send orders by FedEx and DHL.

Can I visit your facilities?Yes, yes, yes. We actually encourage both existing and potential clients to visit us whenever they can. In the months to come, you’d even be able to stay in one of the apartments we made at the factory grounds in our factory in South-Eastern Serbia.
