To make a no-sew dinosaur costume, you&#;ll need the following supplies:
Step 1: To make the dinosaur teeth, cut a two inch piece of Duck Tape. Fold both top corners down to the center to form a triangle with an exposed sticky strip along the bottom. Make as many of these as you need to cover the edge of your hood. For this toddler sized costume, I made seven teeth.
Step 2: to attach the teeth, press the exposed sticky strip to the inside edge of the hood. I started with the top center tooth, then went down each side so they would be evenly spaced.
Step 3: To make the dinosaur spikes, follow these six steps, as illustrated in the photo below:

Step 4: Attach these triangular pieces starting at the front center of the hood in a straight line all the way down the back of the sweatshirt. Keep the sticky tabs separate and line them up neatly down the row.
And there you have it, a quick and easy dinosaur costume that you can make in an afternoon and that is easy to undo so you can keep wearing the sweatshirt after Halloween is over.
You can also keep going and add spikes down the sides of sweatpants, make fake &#;claws&#; around the sleeve cuffs, or add spots or stripes of Duck Tape on the belly. There are a ton of ways to get creative to personalize your dinosaur costume. Have fun with it!

One of the most critical components of this build was simply the rack upon which the costume was built. It made it so easy to roll out into the driveway, lock the wheels, spray a gallon of paint, and then roll it back into the garage to dry. You can't tackle this without one.
I took collapsible hinges from Amazon and attached them to the aluminum backpack. I ran heavy gauge L-bar aluminum forward and connected it with a scrap of steel tubing. This formed the main mounting structure.

Next the neck was fabricated using Rod Ends, aluminum round rod, and other metal stock. If you're trying to build this, the best thing you can do is decypher the photos for the rough geometry. These were the key parts that made so much motion possible on multiple axis.
