NEW BRAUNFELS, TX (Sept. 11, 2022) – Amusement Today awarded the iconic Texas water park a 24th consecutive Golden Ticket award on Saturday. Breaking its own record, Schlitterbahn has added yet another year to its World’s Best Water Park reign. This year’s award makes Schlitterbahn New Braunfels the longest-tenured award winner in Golden Ticket Award history.

Presented annually, the prestigious Golden Ticket Awards recognize excellence in the amusement park industry. The awards are calculated from an international poll conducted by Amusement Today, an Arlington, Texas-based publication that covers amusement and water park news and trends.
